Earlier this month CMA’s HR Division hosted a virtual Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace conference via Zoom. It was supported by VIVID, the winner of the CIPD award for Best Mental Health and Wellbeing Initiative 2020. CMA Temp of the Year 2020
2020 was a year of huge demand in interim and temporary workforce requirements in businesses across the South. We saw record numbers by the end of the year, significantly higher than pre-Covid levels. CMA Temp of the Year 2020 acknowledges and celebrates the value that temporary workers bring.

The 2020 coronavirus outbreak and resulting lockdown in the UK brought with it a whole host of new challenges, experiences and changes to the business landscape - for many, their companies may never be the same again.
